BOOX Notes formats and firmware versions can behave differently. During beta, I’m looking for users who can test real notebooks and report whether imports, folder structure, exports and transcription work as expected.

This is beta. I expect edge cases with firmware and model differences — your reports help fix them quickly.

Privacy during beta

Syync is hosted in Switzerland / the EU. For handwriting-to-Markdown transcription, note content must be processed by the AI component. During beta I’m collecting feedback on privacy expectations such as retention controls, deletion workflows, and optional bring-your-own API key support.
